Located inside Fort Kohna in the center of Multan city is land mark and identity of Multan. It belongs to Sheikh Rukn ud Din Abul Fateh, commonly known as Shah Rukne Alam (King Pillar of World) was grandson of Sufi Saint Bahaudin whose shrine is nearby inside the for Kohna Multan. This big doom (when built it was second largest in the world) was constructed by Ghaus ud Din Tughlak king for himself but was given to the saint by his son. Saint was previously buried with his grandfather. Tomb shows the beauty of pre Mughal architecture in subcontinent. It is typical of Multani architecture.

Travel Multan
It is all about Multan city of Pakistan which is said to be 5000 B.C. historic oldest living city and sister city of Rome. Rig Veda was written here, Alexander the great captured it, famous Chinese traveler Hieun Tsang visited here. Previously it was called "City of Gold" now called "City of Saints". Flower Clock Near Qila Kohna Qasim Bagh, Multan, Pakistan
Floral Clock at Qila Kohna Qasim Bagh Near Ghanta Ghar Chowk, Multan.
Multan (March 5, 2015) – District Coordination Officer (DCO) Multan Mr. Zahid Saleem Gondal inaugurated a beautiful “Floral Clock” between Chowk Ghanta Ghar and Qila Kohna Qasim Bagh. It surface is totally developed on original flower bed. Large dial has been fixed. Its needles are being run by a automatic machine installed bellow scene.
Flower Clock can be seen at distance and its outlook is fantastic. DCO Zahid Gondal is also Director General (DG) of Park & Horticulture Authority (PHA) Multan.
